We are a small talented team of Design oriented Mac and Adobe techs (meaning both Mac Skills and Adobe) We are looking to bring in a new Help Desk team member to provide tech support to our client’s remotely and onsite. You will be responsible for handling Help Desk support for multiple clients whose users are primarily fashion designers, graphic artists and illustrators. You'll need to have experience with Mac computers, and familiarity with Adobe software. You will be in the fray from day one. You will operate without a lot of handholding and will need to be accountable to enter your work tickets and reporting.
