Luxury Retail Store Planner

Banana Republic is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Luxury Retail Store Planner to join our team. The Luxury Retail Store Planner will work closely with the Store Manager and Sales Associates to develop and execute store plans and strategies to maximize sales.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in fashion retail, business, or a related field• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury environment• Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop and implement store plans• Thorough knowledge of the luxury fashion market and current trends• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsIf you are an experienced and organized individual who is passionate about luxury retail and fashion, then we want to hear from you!
