Sales Business Development/Performance & Client: • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers, and management team • Lead and develop the business of the store • In conjunction with Retail Management, establishes sales and margin goals and be responsible for their achievement • Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (visual merchandising, training, clienteling, events, regional office team...) and fostering synergies between categories • Responsible for achieving store shrinkage goals and for the establishment and implementation of both new and existing loss prevention procedures (in conjunction with the Retail Management) • Build a loyal Clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools • Develop an precise understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations • Act as an ambassador by proactively representing the Brand in relevant local activities (networking, PR) • Be aware of the competitive landscape and market trends. Education/Experience: • 3+ years retail management experience required, Luxury retail experience highly desired • Retail operations knowledge including: sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store Profit and Loss statements and inventory control • Fundamental Human Resources experience: staffing, coaching, counseling, training and development • Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and POS systems • Ability to work varied hours: nights, days and weekends to support the business needs WORK ENVIRONMENT: In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
