Mister Guy, one of the St. Louis Area's most prestigious luxury menswear boutiques, has an immediate opening for experienced Full Time Retail Sales Associate in luxury Men's clothing.

We have Men’s brands such as Canali, Eleventy, Jack Victor, Peter Millar & more.

This Job is Salary plus commission, which is better than any department store compensation.

Requirements:

At least 5 years in luxury retail sales, high end men’s clothing preferable.
Outstanding selling behaviors
Sharp awareness of current fashion trends
To engage with an upscale client base.
Experience with Social Media platforms such as Instagram
To be goal oriented and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and most importantly truly have fun at work.
Ease of conversation, building relationships and connecting with others.
To be able to work in an environment where the sales you generate drive your earnings
Building and cultivating relationships with customers through personal interaction
Develop repeat business to grow personal & Company sales.
Meeting or exceeding sales and loyalty goals.
Expert on product knowledge, understanding features and benefits and sharing with clients
Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to build sales and loyalty
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage in conversation with customers, peers and managers
Ability to work as part of a productive team, or individually with little direct supervision
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, extended hours, and key event days
Impeccable customer service and follow up skills are a must
The ideal candidate excels at multitasking and is computer savvy

Compensation:

Based on experience, the candidate will earn a base salary of $14-18.00 per hour PLUS commission on all sales. Commission percentage is based on experience in luxury menswear.
