Responsibilities

Provide expert styling consultations tailored to each client’s preferences, body type, and lifestyle needs.
Assist customers in selecting high-quality menswear pieces, accessories, and complete outfits.
Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current menswear trends, store inventory, and product details.
Execute retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently.
Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stock merchandise on the sales floor, organize displays, and ensure the store remains visually appealing and well-merchandised.
Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash handling, cashiering duties, and balancing the cash drawer at shift end.
Engage with customers professionally via phone etiquette to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, or follow up on sales.
Supervise or assist in supervising team members when required, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellent service.
Support stock management activities such as inventory counts and replenishment to ensure product availability.

Skills

Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on luxury menswear or fashion styling.
Strong knowledge of POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management.
Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership capabilities within a retail environment.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus).
Skilled in conducting product demos that highlight features and benefits effectively.
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Familiarity with merchandising principles to create attractive displays that promote products.
Ability to handle cash register operations securely and accurately manage cash handling procedures.
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
Basic math skills for retail transactions, balancing cash drawers, and performing retail math calculations confidently.
Knowledge of retail store product details to provide informed styling advice.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
