LUXURY FASHION WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (PART-TIME)

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations in a boutique warehouse environment handling high-end luxury fashion merchandise. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, precision, and professionalism while working with valuable products and client orders.

The right candidate must be highly trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable handling expensive merchandise with care and discretion. A passion or strong interest in luxury fashion, designer products, and presentation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming luxury merchandise and returns
Perform detailed quality checks to verify condition, sizing, tags, and product accuracy
Pick, pack, and ship high-value orders with exceptional care and presentation
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory audits
Process returns, repackaging, and outbound shipments efficiently
Prepare shipments using proper packaging and shipping procedures
Assist with insured domestic and international shipments
Coordinate with management to resolve discrepancies, shipping issues, or damaged items
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
Support special projects, deliveries, and additional warehouse needs as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred
Experience handling high-value merchandise or luxury products is strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Comfortable working around expensive merchandise and sensitive client orders
Comfortable using shipping platforms, inventory systems, and Google Sheets
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Experience:

Luxury retail, fashion, e-commerce, or high-end product handling
Shipping and receiving experience
Inventory management and quality control
Experience with insured shipments and warehouse security procedures
Interest or passion for luxury fashion and designer brands

Schedule:

Part-time | Approximately 20 hours per week
Monday – Friday
Flexible shifts ranging from 4–8 hours per day
In-person position located in Nashville, TN

Pay:

$20–$26/hour depending on experience
