Client Experience & Sales Excellence • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to every client • Drive individual and store sales through genuine client interactions and expert styling • Cultivate and grow a personal client book with consistent outreach and follow-up • Build lasting relationships through wardrobe consultations, styling appointments, and follow-ups • Maintain deep knowledge of our brands, products, and seasonal collections Who You Are: • A seasoned women’s retail professional with 3+ years of experience in high-end or luxury fashion • A confident and sophisticated seller who understands how to tailor the experience for each client • A self-starter with exceptional communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about styling and luxury fashion • Familiar with retail operations, POS systems, and clienteling software (Shopify a plus) • Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed • Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
