Job Description: As a Weekend Sales Associate at Neiman Marcus Group, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere in our stores. Your expertise in styling, designers, and trends will enable you to create fashionable looks that strengthen the customer's bond with the NM brand. Responsibilities: Proactively greet and welcome clients, engage customers while building authentic connections, demonstrate selling and service behaviors that develop deep and lasting relationships, promote store services and handle transactions smoothly, assist customers across various store areas, educate self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy, and services, drive loyalty by using product knowledge to enhance the customer experience, operate as One House by assisting in operational tasks. About You: You have a strong background in luxury fashion and/or excellent knowledge of trends and designer brands. You are an effective communicator with experience in creating meaningful connections with customers, a skilled sales associate with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a team player who is committed to collaborating with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
