Luxury Fashion Merchandising

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in luxury resale, fashion merchandising, buying, events, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Responsibilities: - Assist with inventory preparation, packing, transportation, and organization - Merchandise handbags, shoes, accessories, and apparel displays in an appealing and customer-friendly manner - Support event setup and breakdown - Welcome and assist customers during events - Help monitor fitting rooms and maintain a positive shopping experience - Assist with checkout and point-of-sale transactions - Maintain awareness of inventory and event traffic to help ensure merchandise security and a well-managed event environment - Uphold presentation standards and help keep displays organized throughout the event - Support event marketing efforts, including social media content and event promotion Qualifications: - Previous customer-facing work experience required (retail, hospitality, food service, events, or similar) - Comfortable handling customer transactions and checkout processes - Knowledge of and passion for luxury fashion and designer brands strongly preferred - Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently - Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable - Ability to lift and move inventory boxes and event supplies - Available to work occasional evenings and weekends for events (1-2x per month) Compensation & Perks: - $25 per hour - Eligible for university/school internship credit (if applicable) - Generous employee discount on luxury merchandise - Hands-on experience with luxury resale, fashion merchandising, buying, events, marketing, and small business operations - Potential for growth within the company If this role matches your experience and excites you, we’d love to hear from you. f we believe you may be a good fit, we'll reach out to schedule an introductory conversation.
