Luxury Fashion Category Manager

Luxury Fashion Category Manager, responsible for leading and scaling the Luxury Fashion category in a full-time remote or hybrid role, focusing on team management, category strategy, and seller onboarding. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of three Live Category Managers, setting goals and fostering a high-performance culture Own GMV performance and overall category strategy, including assortment focus and live programming Continuously experiment and optimize seller mix and inventory strategy to drive growth Required Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in ecommerce, marketplace, or retail 3+ years of direct people management experience Proven ability to set vision and translate strategy into execution Experience in business development and partner management Strong project management and organizational skills
