You will work closely with the Store Manager and Team Manager to determine the best methods and strategies to meet store sales goals. You will also be responsible for training new employees, team coaching, motivate team players to meet their daily goals. This is a full time position Eco Chic offers 401(k) with company match to full and part time employees who meet the criteria to enroll. We also offer paid vacation for eligible full time employees.
