Qualifications: • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit • Proven track record of exceeding sales and sales expectations • Experience as a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help teams succeed • Demonstrates a competitive spirit and desire to win • Passion about excellent client service and apparel retail • Flexible availability to work • Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members • Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store • Must have availability to meet the needs of the business (i.e. shifts outside traditional business hours) • As an ASM, you're a key team member who inspires and leads by example • Managing Day to Day Store Operations you will assist the store manager in driving operational initiatives and ensuring profitability and efficiency of your store • Supporting Store Success you will drive results by monitoring and analyzing data, leading people, and making good and timely decisions to take the organization forward • You also share the responsibility to execute all store operations and maintain a visually appealing store • Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty by using company tools to drive sales • Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales • You create a positive environment that develops and engages your managers, associates, and customers every day • Review monthly, weekly and yearly goals to make sure the team and store is in the right track to achieve all sales goals.
