LOYALTY ACQUISITION AND PROMOTION SPECIALIST

Loyalty Acquisition and Promotion Specialist – The Loyalty Acquisition and Promotion Specialist will develop and execute omni channel strategies to drive Acquisition for My Brooks Rewards Loyalty program and for our Credit Card program. You will also own all Loyalty promotion execution. Lead exestuation of acquisition projects ·         Define customer criteria and segments to target to support activities ·         Review and validate lists and data files shared by partners to confirm selection and information pulled ·         Collaborate with email team and campaign team to develop targeted lists to support campaigns - emails/ direct mails / promotions ·         Partner with web team and digital team to plan and execute new web flows or personalized messages ·         Partner with our store operations team and our credit card partner for store acquisition initiatives such as contests, offers and weekly/monthly goals ·         Run testing and data validation along with the internal groups and vendors for go live ·         Identify metrics and data needed to analyze results and impact 4. Manage and execute all Loyalty promotions ·         Implement and test all Loyalty mechanics and bonus initiatives within the Loyalty platform to correctly calculate and assign points ·         Define customer criteria and segments to support activities for targeted offers and promotions ·         Upon receipt of data files form vendors, manipulate using excel or SAS to support activities and events ·         Create and manage marketing briefs to support promotions for emails, web banners and store signage ·         Review and validate all copy and caveats fit promotion needs 5.
