In this position, you will maintain positive relationships with store management and associates, conducting apprehensions in accordance with established policies and guidelines. You will communicate effectively with store associates regarding damage and shrink initiatives, identifying and resolving instances of internal and external theft. Your role will also involve adhering to shoplifter guidelines and policies, providing timely and knowledgeable service to customers, and promoting a culture of honesty and integrity within the store. As part of your responsibilities, you will observe, apprehend, and deter acts of dishonesty from outside sources, participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned, and ensure that apprehensions align with store theft activity. , • Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
