Loss Prevention Associate

Conduct routine inspections of merchandise and store layout to identify any potential security risks.
Implement and enforce store policies and procedures related to loss prevention and security.
Respond to and investigate any incidents of theft or suspicious behavior.
Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop strategies for minimizing loss and improving security measures.
Train and educate store staff on loss prevention procedures and best practices.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all security-related incidents and reports.
Utilize CCTV and other surveillance equipment to monitor store activity.
Communicate effectively with customers and address any security concerns or issues.
Coordinate with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology.
Conduct internal audits to identify any potential security vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.
