Shenanigans Hair Lounge is the place to be if you love what you do and are looking for a fun, fast paced artistic environment and wanting to take your talent to the next level and also grow your business. However we do try our hardest to accommodate a 4 to 5 day a week schedule for our stylists and coordinators. The Stylist positions are ONLY for Experienced Stylists w/ 2+ Years in salon experience only, as we are an extremely busy salon with very high client expectations. Our team is exceptional and we are looking for stylists that are very talented, that are team players, no drama, that are organized, be professional in appearance (Look like a stylist, you sell fashion :) ) and be extremely tidy and good with time management and most important that understand creating the Client Experience. Communication is EVERYTHING, your client consultations so important, as is pre-booking, getting referrals and having strong retail sales skills as you are the PHD, Professional Hair Dresser at times client psychologist :) Yes some of these must haves we can help you improve but just understand this is why these positions are for EXPERIENCED STYLISTS ONLY.
