The ideal candidate will oversee customer orders are processed in a timely manner and in compliance of vendor guidelines by the Warehouse Understands routing / scheduling of Walmart orders and working with WM GMT to resolve issues to get PO’s shipped Provide regular reports of the status of outstanding order to ship and track delivery to the WM DC’s to ensure WM OTIF goals are met Understands and able to oversee the building and shipping of Walmart display pallet programs Experience in the warehousing industry and the logistics of Retailer orders: 5+ years’ experience Will provide Warehouse with Company’s objectives and priorities Ensure latest customer compliance is shared with Warehouse Does not manage nor disciplines warehouse personnel but communicates with warehouse management if compliance is not being met Help research chargebacks and suggests solutions to eradicate them WMS experienced a plus Apparel Industry and Walmart Retail link experience a must Must Possess a high degree of dependability and integrity Must be able to work with little supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Respond to company emails in timely manner Warehouse Manager Skills and Qualifications: Supervision skills, Developing Standards, Under Managing Processes, Excel Reporting Skills
