Logistics Coordinator - Fashion

This role serves as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and customers to support efficient logistics, order accuracy, and overall operational excellence. Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities: • Process all EDI documents and orders for various accounts • Allocate inventory, create pick tickets, and issue invoices • Review 3PL and outbound logistics bills for accuracy and submit for payment. • Work closely with 3PL warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time. • Route all orders via vendor portals and coordinate EDI testing for new accounts with the EDI team. Logistics Coordinator Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, order management, or EDI operations (fashion or consumer goods industry preferred) • Strong understanding of EDI systems and vendor portal management • Experience working with 3PL warehouses and outbound logistics • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, production, and warehouse teams
