\- Assists Supervisor in performance management process by providing feedback on individual performance and communicating all performance issues to the Supervisor for resolution. \- Provides training to the team on work instructions and SOP as required. \- Other duties as assigned. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. \- Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions and procedures, and effectively communicate in both verbal and written formats.Special Skills Required: Knowledge: \- Requires exposure at a user level to a WMS systems.
