To perform logistical reconciliation of PSEB inbound receiving: researching and identifying receiving Overages, Shortages and Damages; and will support outbound shipments: researching and identifying lost shipments while in transit and filing appropriate carrier claims as needed. Responsibilities Perform reconciliation of DC Receiving OS&D log, which includes researching reported DC Receiving shortages starting with Vendor routing requests through DC delivery, working with carriers to obtain shipment level details, working with receiving to obtain receiving level details, and identify shortages at the PO, Carton or Unit level Manage PSEB Small Parcel Outbound carrier claims; Including the identifying, coordinating and filing Lost by Carrier parcel carrier claims Manage and audit PSEB Logistic service provider invoices within the Symbeo application, assist with the General Ledger (GL) codes and work with internal and external partners to resolve any found invoice variances Daily reconciliation of physical deliveries & DC receipts against Manhattan Associates Visual Intelligence status for Monday and Wednesday business alignment meetings Centralize Logistic reporting by utilizing the Logistyx dashboard and or SFS reporting Utilize the SFS reporting mechanisms to maintain the appropriate ACH and CAPS accounts Track Launch PO’s from Vendor routings, through the Logistics supply chain through deliveryinto the DC, and provide reporting back to the business Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school preferable in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
