NOT a RETAIL POSITION.. --- Work with knitting, dyeing, finishing warp, knit fabrics, dyeing, finishing lace goods, and other related products WORLDWIDE, primarlity NYC and various CHINESE CITIES & LOCATIONS. -- Assist the inside and outside Sales Reps -- Communicate daily with National and International Customers -- Assist with Order Allocation -- Maintain a drop box database that contains all customer routing standards, invoices, worksheets, purchase orders, and a data base of all the companies' styles and orders by customer. -- Instruct Factories on packing and shipping carton marks -- Understand routing regulations and shipping procedures -- Issue chargebacks to factories for non-compliance -- Work with factories to produce the best quality product with minimal lead time and best pricing. -- Work with customers with issues of compliance and worked to reduce or reverse chargebacks -- Arrange domestic trucking for shipments to customers, and for trade shows.
