We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Manager of Lifecycle Marketing and Email to lead our customer engagement efforts across email, SMS, and app channels. • Partner with the Marketing and Data teams to identify high-value customer segments and develop targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eCRM and customer loyalty, identifying new opportunities to enhance customer engagement. • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, personalization, and A / B testing. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
