Responsibilities: Establish and foster a culture centered around customer service Develop initiatives and promotional strategies for the brand Ensure that sales goals are achieved Build and maintain a strong client following Provide top-notch customer service Oversee store budgets and employee schedules Ensure all optical quality controls are in compliance with the store Recruit and train staff members Requirements: Previous management experience in the luxury fashion space Must have a state licensure ABO certification in non-licensed states preferred Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals Knowledge of current optical theory and practices Strong leadership skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office Please submit your resume for consideration!
