Role and Responsibilities The appointed lecturer will be expected to: Professional and Educational Requirements Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate: A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Business Management, Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Management, Marketing, or related disciplines; A minimum of three years' teaching experience in higher education or professional training environments; Professional experience in project management, consulting, innovation, digital strategy, customer experience, technology-driven business development, or related fields; Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks; Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, Big Data, Web3, AR/VR, immersive experiences, and their application within fashion, luxury, retail, or creative industries; Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills; Availability to teach on campus in Milan during the 2026/2027 academic year.
