Design and implement end-to-end L&D programs for retail store teams, Floor Leaders, and Store ManagersBuild scalable onboarding experiences that get new hires up to speed fast and feeling connected to the brandPartner with HRBPs and Store Leaders to identify skill gaps and build targeted development solutionsCreate and maintain training content — e-learning modules, playbooks, toolkits, facilitated workshopsDrive leadership development programs to build our internal pipeline of future managersTrack and measure training effectiveness using data and feedback; iterate accordinglyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (VM, Operations, Merchandising) to embed product and process knowledgeSupport rollout of new tools, systems, or brand initiatives with training collateral What We're Looking For
