LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Position Summary:You will support the training department in the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of training programs. The Sr. Ensures attendance at applicable leadership trainings throughout the year. Provides support and gives direction to trainers throughout a training program.• Provides performance feedback to assistants, trainees and trainers by documenting performance and writes and delivers performance reviews.• Assists in the direction and motivation of the department as a team by role modeling the desired commitment to department goals, assisting with projects outside one's area of focus and treating all department members as customers.• Collaborates and engages with team members remotely to ensure consistency, teamwork and open communication.• Project management and decision making skills as well as analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.• Demonstrated experience creating and managing online learning content. Aptitude to create digital learning with an authoring tool.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.• Effectively facilitate training presentations with large and small groups.• Experience and/or knowledge of needs assessments, data analysis and related program development with writing training programs.• Experience in goal setting, program development and program evaluation.• Background in education or related experience with emphasis on adult learning styles.• Ability to stand up to 3 hours at a time delivering training programs.• Willing to travel between locations when required.
