The West Coast Brand Cluster Technology Service Delivery Manager (WCBC TSDM) supports the WC Brand Cluster Technology Lead (WCBCTL) in implementation support and technical solution delivery in line with the IT Operating Model. This is a highly hands on IT service delivery role serving as a primary point of contact for LA brand users' technical issue resolution beyond issues reported to the Service Desk or unresolved by the Service Desk in timely manner. Coordinate LA brand IT issue resolution when issues are cross functional in nature and span ownership across multiple IT teams and outside vendors. \- Assume the ownership for the delivery of the onsite support related technical components to LA brands and LADC. \- Provide feedback on Service Desk, IT functional services and GIS standards to WCBCTL and GIS teams.
