Lead Stylist & Operations Associate

Responsibilities include personalized styling, customer outreach, inventory management, merchandising, online order fulfillment, Shopify operations, and maintaining Half & Half’s Gold Standard presentation throughout the store. Receive, ticket, and merchandise new inventory according to Half & Half’s Gold Standard Verify merchandise against Shopify purchase orders including quantity, size, and style Assist with Shopify markdowns and collection organization to ensure website accuracy Merchandise items neatly and accurately throughout the sales floor Maintain knowledge of current products, collections, and trends Assist with Shopify back-end operations including markdowns and collection management Send invoices for special orders and communicate customer requests with management Coordinate daily with management regarding events, special orders, and store priorities Support overall store operations while acting as a professional and welcoming face of the brand Maintain proficiency with Shopify POS and back-end systems Previous retail experience preferred Passion for fashion, styling, merchandising, and customer service Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Social media savvy and comfortable creating content Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment Flexible schedule with weekend availability required Competitive pay Opportunities for career growth Creative and energetic work environment Hands-on experience in fashion retail, marketing, event planning, and brand development Be part of a boutique brand with deep roots in the Buffalo community and a loyal customer following
