Lead Stylist (Full-Time) - Madison, WI

You’ll work closely with store leadership to maintain a high-performing, service-driven retail environment that reflects our values of confidence, connection, and care. • Coaching and guiding the floor team when store leadership is unavailable • Taking ownership of day-to-day store operations in the absence of store leadership, including opening/closing procedures, break and alterations coordination, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards • Meeting monthly personal sales performance expectations: 10% of store sales, Average Transaction Value of $190, and 2.0 Units Per Transaction • Supporting recruiting efforts to help build and sustain a strong, culture-aligned team The pay range for this role is: 20.41 - 20.41 USD per hour(US)
