Lead Stylist

As a Full-time Lead Stylist, you will be responsible for supporting the store management team regarding the floor operations at Jaxen Grey. Your main objective will be directly helping customers and assisting Sales Stylists on the floor, opening and closing the store, daily operations, creating and maintaining an efficient and enjoyable retail environment for all. • Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team that thrives within Jaxen Grey’s culture. • In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, full-time Lead Stylists help coach and lead the styling floor and team.
