Lead Model Agent & Booker – Fashion Division

A-List Models and Talent (AMT), a faith-based, inclusive, and diverse model and talent agency, is seeking a driven Lead Model Agent & Booker to lead our fashion and model division, focusing on securing bookings, scouting, AMT Collabs, and overseeing model career guidance. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who is passionate about the modeling industry, building client relationships, and mentoring talent toward success. • Model Career Guidance: Work closely with models to ensure they have all necessary promotional materials, provide career direction, mentor them, and manage the overall success of the model division. • Client & Industry Relations: Build and maintain relationships with designers, casting directors, photographers, advertising agencies, and production companies. Qualifications: • Proven experience in the modeling, talent, or entertainment sector (must have) • Strong leadership, networking, and organizational skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Familiarity with model development processes (runway, portfolio building, brand styling) (must have) • Strong background in B2C, B2B, direct sales, and lead generation (must-have) • Must align with AMT’s values and mission (non-negotiable) • Must be able to take initiative and operate independently • Must have reliable transportation and live near Raleigh • Hybrid role: 2 on-site days per week at the agency (Tuesdays and Saturdays) are required
