Lead Keyholder

The Lead Key Carrier supports and assists the store management team in creating an environment where every customer receives exceptional service and a personalized shopping experience. This role is ideal for a fashion-focused retail professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer relationships, and the ability to motivate and support a team. This position carries additional responsibilities beyond a traditional Key Holder role and may oversee store operations in the absence of management.
