This person must have a comprehensive understanding of retail strategy, the ability to bring the brand to life in a 3-dimensional space while working in a fast-paced environment. • Leads new physical store design - understands materiality, constructability, function, and retail requirements. • Knowledge of architectural details and specifications for an understanding of constructability. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
