Lead Fashion Stylist

This person will be responsible for achieving sales goals, will help to cultivate a warm and friendly environment for guests, and assist upper management by leading and mentoring team members. They will be direct support to the Store Manager and Sales Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. • Motivates staff and leads team by example in upholding all standards of American Threads sales/selling policies.
