LEAD EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

As a Consultant on the Executive Development team, you are responsible for the development of senior leaders in order to increase the quality and availability of senior leadership talent. You will utilize proven methodologies for performing needs assessments, consulting with senior leaders, analyzing data, designing curriculum, and developing offerings appropriate for senior leaders in partnership with key stakeholders. You’ll act as a business owner to bring these different groups together to create effective products to support executive development on the job and in formal learning. You will leverage expertise and experience in executive development and marry adult learning theory/research with the practical business needs of the organization. 8+ years of work experience in an HR area (management and leadership development, organizational development, group facilitation, training and training design, etc.)
