As a Lead Consultant, Operations for Talent and Change, you’ll drive enterprise initiatives, in partnership with a cross-functional team, that deliver on Target’s Talent and Change priorities, as well as manage complex enterprise products and programs. Leverage your data-driven mindset and deep understanding of the enterprise and its employees to design strategies and solutions that will keep Target’s talent growing faster than our competitors.
