Lead Clothing Designer (Apparel / Streetwear) – Full-Time

Icy Studios is hiring a Lead Clothing Designer to join our team.

This role will be responsible for leading design direction while also supporting hands-on execution. You will work closely with our current graphic designer, who will report directly to you.

We’re looking for someone who can own design, move quickly, and bring strong creative direction to the brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead overall design direction across apparel and brand assets
Create and execute high-quality graphics for clothing and collections
Oversee and mentor our current graphic designer
Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual output
Collaborate with the team to bring concepts to life quickly

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience working with clothing brands or streetwear
Proven background as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio
Ability to balance creative direction and hands-on execution
Leadership experience or ability to manage and guide another designer
Detail-oriented with strong design taste and execution

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
