As a Lead, you understand that the guest always comes first. You have the intuition to step away from operational tasks to focus 100% on the person in front of you. You thrive in a structured, detail-oriented environment and manage your time with expert efficiency, even when working solo.

Key Responsibilities
• Elevated Service: Deliver warm, personalized service rooted in our brand values and client-first culture.
• Experience Expert: Master our signature Fitting Room Experience and Build-a-Box gifting service, elevating every guest interaction.
• Relationship Building: Proactively cultivate client relationships to drive repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty.
• Sales Leadership: Consistently meet sales goals through expert product knowledge, creative styling suggestions, and organic upselling.
• Store Excellence: Maintain impeccable store standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually inspiring environment at all times.
• Operational Support: Support daily flow including restocking, merchandising, product receiving, and floor organization.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating professionalism, consistency, and leadership across all San Diego locations.

Who You Are
• Experienced: 3+ years in premium retail, professional styling, or high-touch client relations.
• Self-Motivated: A reliable self-starter who excels at working independently and staying productive during quiet floor hours.
• Adaptable: A seamless communicator who enjoys the variety of rotating between our unique neighborhood locations.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for aesthetics and a "no task is too small" attitude when it comes to store presentation.
• Community-Minded: You are passionate about the San Diego lifestyle and love connecting with the local community.
• Flexible scheduling: available to work weekends and holidays.
• Has Reliable Transportation: comfortable commuting between multiple locations.
