Men’s Clothing Buyer, Merchandiser & Stylist for Fleet-Plummer: Home & Style

Fleet-Plummer: Home & Style is a family-owned and managed company that has been part of Greensboro for 77 years. We have a growing men’s clothing selection and are looking for the right person to help us strengthen and expand that side of the business.
We’re seeking someone with a strong eye for men’s style who can buy product, merchandise the floor, and confidently style and fit customers.
What You'll Do:
Buying & Product Selection
Select and purchase men’s apparel that fits our store’s aesthetic and customer base. Focus on quality, fit, versatility, and pieces that work for both everyday and elevated looks. You’ll travel to markets with a team and help us curate brands and styles.
Merchandising & Visual Presentation
Merchandise the men’s section so it feels intentional, organized, and easy to shop. Create clean, cohesive displays that highlight fit, fabric, and styling potential.
Retail Sales, Styling & Customer Fitting
Engage customers on the floor, understand their needs and lifestyle, and guide them toward purchases they’ll actually wear and feel good in.
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of men’s fashion, fits, and stylingGood eye for proportion, fabric, and how clothes should fit different body typesComfortable giving clear, practical styling adviceOrganized, reliable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable presenceGenuine interest in helping men look and feel their bestAbility to accurately measure men for pants and understand basic tailoring needs (preferred
Why This Role Matters:
Men’s clothing is an important growth area for us. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the assortment, improve how the men’s section looks and functions, and raise the level of fit and styling expertise we offer customers. This is a hands-on role with real influence over product, presentation, and the customer experience.

Compensation:
$22 - $30 per hour.
