As an Experiential Operations Lead Business Partner supporting Merchandising - Beauty & Personal Care, you will drive an improved guest experience by enhancing and developing processes, being the voice of the guest, and advocating for store teams during strategy development and all phases of execution. You will also influence and support change management for improvement in the areas of technology, process, and team member / guest experience. About You: Four-year degree or equivalent experience 6-9 years of work experience in an operations environment preferably in retail 2+ years of work experience in leading a store/stores through the back-to-college season Ability to build strategic vision and drive organizational change Experience influencing key business partners and senior leadership, without authority Ability to develop and communicate an informed perspective Project and process management/ownership experience Ability to work independently with limited direction & solve problems Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships across the enterprise Interest and passion in Beauty & Personal Care categories Critical thinking, and conflict management skills Microsoft Office proficient Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Target will provide reasonable accommodations (such as a qualified sign language interpreter or other personal assistance) with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
