As a Team Leader, you will lead a team to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, all while maintaining high standards.

Role and Responsibilities of Lead Associate:

As a Team Leader at Primark, you will drive sales, oversee day-to-day operations, and support your team in providing excellent customer service. Working alongside store management, you'll ensure that operations run smoothly, and store standards are consistently met.

Maintain optimal stock levels and availability to meet customer demands and maximize sales.Ensure the store is organized, well-merchandised, and fully replenished with products.Assign tasks and manage schedules to ensure colleagues remain productive and focused.Supervise customer-facing areas, providing a fast, friendly, and efficient shopping experience.Assist with store operations, including opening, closing, and other responsibilities as needed.Manage customer service feedback, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.Provide coaching, recognition, and support to develop your team’s skills and performance.Ensure that all operational tasks such as pricing, markdowns, signage, and safety checks are completed accurately and on time.Required Skills and Experience of Lead Associate:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively in a retail environment.Exceptional customer service abilities, with the capacity to resolve customer issues efficiently.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs or store requirements.Clear communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and management.Confidence in using retail technologies, including POS systems, cash registers, and self-checkouts.Fluent in English to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.Compensation and Benefits of Lead Associate:
