Come join our Fashion Cents Team at our Quarryville location located next to BBs Grocery outlet in Quarryville. Pay is based on experience and availability. Store Responsibilities: • Opening and/or closing the store • Training new employees • Ensure all employees are on task and give direction when needed • Problem solve and use creative thinking to prevent problems and create a better environment • Answering any store related questions • Ensure store organization and cleanliness • Get change for the register people as needed • Cash management/Run register • Assist customers on the floor • Work closely with Managers Part-time employees also are eligible for our 401k (which owner matches 3%), Employee Assistance Program, monthly employee discounts, raffles, lunches, and other exciting benefits, such as 15 min paid break options. Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
