We're a fast-moving team and this is a founding-level design hire with real ownership over the product. The Role You'll design the line, choose blanks and materials, write tech packs, and work directly with our overseas manufacturer alongside the founder to bring pieces to life. Design a cohesive seasonal catalog across categories (tops, bottoms, outerwear, knitwear)Select fabrics, trims, and blanks that fit the brand's elevated aestheticCreate detailed tech packs (measurements, construction, materials, grading) our manufacturer can build fromCommunicate directly with our overseas supplier on samples, fit, materials, and correctionsManage the sampling process: review, fit-check, and iterate until product is rightHelp define and evolve the brand's design language as we expand the catalog Proven experience designing AND developing produced apparel (please show cut-and-sew product you've taken from concept to production, not just graphics or mockups)You've written explainers that a factory has successfully built from.
