The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 120 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**

We are looking for a Stylist who enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and as a team and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
* Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
* Understand and promote products and memberships
* Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
* Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
* Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

**REQUIRED SKILLS:**

* Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license preferred
* Customer service focused
* Reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic
* Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
* **Ability to work weekends and evenings required\***

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
