Customer Specialists build enduring relationships with new and existing customers that contribute to the achievement of Company goals. Responsibilities • Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience and facilitate/build strong, enduring relationships. , • Demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills proactively contacting customers to build and deepen relationships in ways that are relevant, timely and meaningful to the customer. , • Performs functions of opening and closing the store as needed. , • May need to adjust or move objects or merchandise weighing as much as 50 pounds in all directions on occasion and with assistance as available.
