Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a La Prairie / Trish McEvoy Counter Manager at Bloomingdale's in Norwalk, CT. The Counter Manager will oversee daily operations at the counter, drive sales by delivering excellent customer service, and build relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coaching team members, promoting brand products, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge and providing training to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
