As a Beauty Sales Associate you will work on-site in your assigned store and will report to the Beauty Sales Manager. What You'll Do • Lead the Beauty Sales effort by assisting the NM Customer, primarily on the assigned vendor line, as well as with their needs throughout the Beauty Department and Store • Support other Associates with product knowledge and closing sales when appropriate • Develop customer relationships by consistently delivering high levels of service as the beauty expert and store representative • Utilize technology tools and clientele resources to establish, develop, and maintain client relationships • Help manage stock and communicate any opportunities with selling trends and out of stock/overstocked merchandise • Communicate with the Sales Manager and vendor all customer feedback relating to the vendor’s products • Maintain visual standards of the vendor and the store. • Maximize Relationships to ensure successful planning and execution of event • Product knowledge and consultation experience required.
