A day in the life… • Welcome customers by being an effective storyteller and skilled at engaging with diverse audiences • Quickly understand a customers’ needs; with an emphasis on connecting customer to a service such as Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns, Gift Wrapping, etc. • Understand and support of back of house processes, including inventory management and assisting with maintaining organization, cleanliness and more • Support event execution – point of contact for RSVPs, track customer contact information, door greeter etc. You own this if you have… • A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative • The ability to identify opportunities that benefit the customer and build solutions that meet the customers’ expectations, including resolving any issues • The ability to quickly adapt to new initiatives, concepts, and services within the store • Proven success in working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task • The ability to frequently lift and carry between 1- 25 lbs and occasionally 25- 50 lbs • A basic understanding of technology tools and computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Booking Bug, Excel, and more The job posting highlights the most critical responsibilities and requirements of the job.
