As a Key Holder, you will work in partnership with the Store Leader to inspire and lead your team in providing best-in-class service by meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers. Customer Service l Brand Ambassador • Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers • Ensure expected customer service levels are maintained and exceeded by the team • Create a selling environment that is focused on a seamless end-to-end experience driven by customer engagement, personalized outfitting, and adding value to the visit • Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion and enthusiastic attitude • Continually assess and take action on the level of personalized service offered by Stylists, ensuring that Stylists are creating tailored experiences for all customers that leave them feeling special • Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including customer escalations and urgent requests • Lead and move dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and customers • Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations • Perform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job
