Responsibilities • Ensure the store achieves company objectives and KPI goals in partnership with the management team. • Assume responsibility for all store operations when Store Management is out, acting as Manager on Duty. • Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Requirements • Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role with proven leadership and sales performance. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
